Purple light is on and it shows offline on the app. Doesn’t let me reconnect. Is just staying purple the light.
1. Ensure that the robot is powered on. 2. Verify that the Wi-Fi connection is successful, and the Wi-Fi Status Light is solid blue, not flashing. 3. Please remove the robot from the Tuya Smart app and then add the robot into the app again. If you continue to encounter errors, please contact Tikom for assistance.
i need to order a dust box for tikomG7000
My tikom G7000 won’t start it says put the vacuum flat on the floor before starting. It is flat on the floor fully charged. I cleaned it up completely out with that air compressor. It’s only 18 months old. Please help.
