  • I was given the Keurig K25. I filled the water compartment. opened the top put no k-cup in as specified, closed lid it was plugged up. All 3 buttons blinked. I pushed the 8oz to clean for setup and nothing happened after the noise like it was going to work. I tried 3 different times. I know it's not the socket because it came on and everything. Please assist with this so I can enjoy my Keurig. Thanks

  • I just purchased this today, took it out of the box, followed all instructions for brewing, and none of the size selections will blink. Water is full and I’ve tried resetting it. No luck.

    how to remove needle

  • User Non avatar #104742 United States7 months ago

Remove the pod holder assembly and detach the funnel. Locate the exit needle on the inside bottom of the K-Cup pod holder. Insert a straightened paper clip into the exit needle to loosen any coffee grounds.

  • Will not start or power up after descaling. No there is nothing wrong with the outlet. Online it suggests a thermal switch has tripped. How do I find that?

  • This happened to me recently. There is a youtube video how to open up your Keurig and where reset button is on thermostat. Opening the Keurig was difficult, but I was finally able to do it. My Keurig is now turning on and working. The descale button is still on, but still brewing pods. I'll try later to get descale light off.

Our Kuerig K25 model coffee maker is 3 months old. My machine will not brew coffee. When I put a pod in and close the lid all 3 brew sizes blink twice and go out. No coffee will brew. Cleaned the needles and other items on the coffee maker, plugged into different outlets but it continues to do the same thing?

My machine will not brew coffee. When I put a pod in and close the lid all 3 brew sizes blink twice and go out. No coffee will brew. Cleaned the needles and ran a descale mode. That all worked fine. Thank you for your reply. I have had my Keurig for about 6 months and have been very happy.

  • User Non avatar #103409 United States9 months ago

It says ‘add water’ but there is plenty of water: • Make sure the water reservoir is seated firmly on the coffee maker- remove and replace the tank. • Make sure there is water to the Max. fill line. • Power unit off, wait 30 seconds, then power back on.

  • User Non avatar #103403 United States9 months ago

The Keurig K-Express does have the option for a water filter. You will need to purchase the Tall Handle Water Filter Starter Kit. The water filter handle holds the filter in place to ensure your water is being properly filtered.

How do you clean the point that goes into the filter

  • User Non avatar #104522 Asia7 months ago

Lift the coffee maker handle and locate the entrance needle on the underside of the lid. To clean out coffee grounds from the needle, hold the coffee maker handle in the upward position and with your other hand carefully insert a straightened paper clip into both holes. Gently move it around to loosen any coffee grounds. Lower the handle completely and run two water-only brew cycles. Do not insert a K-Cup® pod.

Why won't my Keurig dispense water with a full reservoir?

  • User Non avatar #104520 Asia7 months ago

The water level must be at the minimum line to brew. Add an additional 2 oz of water to the reservoir to ensure the minimum fill level has been met, then press the size button. Repeat until the coffee maker begins to dispense.

I bought a new K-Express. If I fill the reservoir to the min line that is equal to a bit more than two 8oz cups of coffee, which is what I drink in the mornings. But I cannot get to brew the 2nd cup because it says I need to add more water even though there is enough water, forcing me to add water back to min line, and wasting water. (Note: if we were to multiple that ~8oz times millions of customers we are talking millions of ounces of water lost). I am returning the K-Express as water conservation is not well thought-out.
Is there a Keurig machine that is not as wasteful? Maybe that allows me to override the the "add water"?
