My generator will work our machine for 1 second then the second light comes on with the ! On it. We then have to cut it off then back on and it repeats itself. Help please

I lost the dial on my generator open the panel used the needle nose to turn the dial and a wire came undone from one of the inverter and it won't start how do I fix one of the parallel plugs the white one will that keep it from running

What kind of oil do I use in 2500i generator
Use the 10w-30 as "break-in" oil and use synthetic 5w-30 next time you top off the oil again.
