    I’ve had this heater for several years with not one problem. Use it every day during winter. Turned it completely off last night as usual when going to bed. Turned on this morning and the heating elements will not come on. What can I do?

    I just unpacked this heater (purchased from Amazon)
    After plugging in, then pressing the toggle switch to ON, The heater red light in top right corner blinks and beeps continually. Pressing the on/off switch or using the remote, results in nothing. It never displays the PO, P1, P2 or P3.

    should the glass light be broken in half?

    If the heating element or glass tube arrived broken or snapped, the heater will be unusable.

    The on/off switch (not the red rocker switch) will not stay on. This is keeping the heater from working. When that button is continuously depressed it works but when the pressure is lifted the heater turns off. How can this be remedied?

    Where is black pearl Cotten in the fixed body of heater. So I can remove it as per instruction. I saw the black foam boards to protect the grill which I have removed. Pls answer
