    I have a full battery and is empty not dirty but shuts down in two seconds every time now

    • Make sure all the filters are clean and the dirt and air that travels in the tubing are clean and have not blockages.
    • Take the dirt cup out of the vacuum and turn it on to see if the motor will run for more than five minutes.
    • Do not vacuum with the cup removed just let it run if it will.

    The battery is fully charged but it will only run for a few seconds and then turns off. What is causing this? I have only used it a few times.
