How to use the keep warm button? I push the keep warm button and nothing happens.
If you set the keep warm function, it will automatically turns on, the kettle will maintain the selected temperature for 2 hours. Please see the "Keep Warm Function" section on page 9 of manual in the link below: https://manualsfile.com/product/pnn5f8o9sm.html#p9
h0w to clean
Unplug the kettle first and let it cool down. It is allowed to clean the exterior surface of the kettle. It can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth, do not add any additives. Do not use a sander, it will damage the surface of the product and may cause electric shock. After cleaning the kettle, dry the water thoroughly and keep it dry.
