    Clock display shows an "x" to the right, and can;t get timer to show "am" time (just set up Yesterday) What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

    The "X" is over the speaker symbol and means you have the alarm tone on or off for when the coffee is done. Hit the tone button at the top of the four buttons surrounding the display and the "X" will disappear - hit it again and it reappears.

    After the brewing cycle is done the coffee pot beeps and shuts off. I am then left with a pot of coffee that stays warm if I am lucky a half an hour. I am so disgusted with this product as are many others within the written reviews

    Press the Carafe Temperature Button. It adjusts keep warm temperature to Low, Medium or High to keep freshly brewed coffee at the temperature you prefer.

    I am having the same problem as it seems many others under the reviews. When the brewing cycle stops the heat plate Does not stay hot or I’m not sure if it even gets hot. The coffee stays warm approximately for 1/2 hour. I am so disgusted

    Press the Carafe Temperature Button. It adjusts keep warm temperature to Low, Medium or High to keep freshly brewed coffee at the temperature you prefer.

    I am having the same issue do you know if the heat plate is supposed to stay on? What a huge waste of money

    Is there a way to keep the coffee hot after it is done brewing it seems like the whole unit turns off after at the five beeps. I read the instruction manual there is nothing in there indicating a way to turn the burner on or off or have it stay on longer.
