I have cleaned the inlet pipe filter and pump filter . Water pressure very good, but still getting E10 code.
E10 code means water injection problem while washing.
- Check if the water pressure is too low.
- Straighten the water pipe.
- Check if the inlet valve filter is blocked.
My machine keeps recording errors what could possibly be the problem

Hi there is a blue piece in the water inlet of the machine shall I remove it to connect to the water supply.
All I see is the drum when I open up.Where does the washing go?

found various lengths elasticated cord, some grey and some white in the drum and also stuck in the pumps impeller?.
Noticed now the soft close function on the drum doors is not working on one doors/flaps. Is this where the elasticated strips came from?Open up machine but all I see is a.drum how do I get laundry into mchine
