Can I use this without the app? I don’t believe my personal health data and “other user content” as anyone’s business but my own. Unfortunately there’s no way to use the app without sharing this and other personal info with your developers and other unknown third party apps.

I have three Govee 5075's-using to calibrate and watch new central air-conditioning system to be installed next week. On one, I held top button for a while, seems to have negatively effected calibration. The other two, showing 75 degrees, this one, showing 80 degrees. How can I re-establish factory settings? Before stupidly holding that button, the unit was also showing 75 degrees. Help!
