    When I turn unit on manually, lights flash and then go off. Is it a short? I've checked wiring and power supply but not all of the low voltage lights. They used to work, so it's not the number of lights, etc.

    Update. Unit works with NO LOAD. So it must be a short somewhere?

    I cut the wire while lights were on by accident. Now all lights are off. GFI is on but no power coming out of transformer. Is there a circuit breaker in transformer that needs to be reset?
