How do you fix E3 code
E3 code means gas leakage, please check the ambient temperature range whether below 32 °C.If the ambient temperature is over 32 °C, place the unit into a place below 32 °C (suggest 30°C) for two hours before running the air conditioner again.
Star-up the unit, if the E3 appears again in 2 hours, please contact the Teccpo service center.

The device turns on and shows 38. Pushing any other button has no effect. It was working fine before. I used the time setting. Maybe it stopped at 38 min. I unplugged and try to reset but nothing. Water container is empty and in correctly. It is not even a year old

What do you do if you find ice on coils of Teccpo TAD-35C after few months of use?
We removed the filter frame/intake grill but there was no filter to clean, just ice on the coils.
