    Hi, my oven seems to be staying on. It seems to be defaulting to the stay on mode and when I move the timer knob clockwise to 10 minutes or 20 minutes when it goes off it just goes to the state on mode. Please how do I get it out of the state on mode? Also does the timer knob only move in a clockwise direction?I love this oven. I totally love this oven. But I just got it at Christmas time so it’s only nine months old. I hope it’s not broken.

    I AM BAKING A GINGERBREAD CAKE, ONE PAN. AND WITH LOWER OVEN CONTROLS ON. IT IS NOT BAKING IN TIME. I HAVE SET THE TEMPERATURE TO 350 BUT RECIPE SAYS 325. HOW CAN I MAKE THE OVEN HOT ENOUGH TO BAKE?
