#1 Is this brand as good as the same style Oster oven?
Luby is a generic Chinese kitchen appliance brand. Oster used to be world class. Now they are also made in China. If you want to bake a 16" pizza, to my knowledge only Oster makes a countertop oven with a curved back oven wall to allow this.

#2 What comes with it? Do I have to buy everything seprate?
It comes with everything in the picture except for the pizza. It works well although it can get very hot so you need to be careful opening the doors.

#3 Can I take both racks out?
It has 2 racks, a baking pan and a crumb tray. All are removable.
