    stove says end and hour glass keeps flashing ???? no one has used stove for hours.

    I recently bought this new stove and have noticed the door does not close tight at the top which seems to cause the top oven not heating and cooking properly. Is this a problem anyone else has and is it something I can fix myself.

    i just want a hard copy of a users manual.
