How much does it Weigh
It has a weight of 3.7 pounds (1.67 kg).
My Moosoo K24 says to empty but there is nothing in it. It will vacuum for a little bit and cut off. The wand or head is clear of debris. Thanks
Where is reset button Moosoo k24 vacuum
Press and hold the Power button for 4-5 seconds.
My Moosoo runs for a short time and then stops. It shows it is fully charged.
Please check whether the dust cup/filter cup is blocked and clean them up. Take out the filter and the filter cup, shake off the dust and rinse with water, dry, and reuse. Make sure whether the power of the machine is exhausted, and try again after charging the vacuum.
My Moosoo k24 has a new battery and it lights up green on the bottom but not on the actual head where you can see how much battery is charged. Is there a reset button or do I have a bad battery?
I ran over my rug while using my k24 and now it sounds strange and the rollers won’t spin. There isn’t any blockage
You broke the belt. It has a small rubber belt. Had the same thing happen. Moosoo sent me a replacement
