I lost the remote contoller for my Dreo 40” tower fan. Bought a replacement controller but it’s not paired with the fan. How do I pair them together.
You can try resetting the fan to factory settings and then pair it again. If this issue persists, please contact Dreo via contact [email protected] for help.
Only one side of the base was attached to my new Dreo Tower, how do I unlock it after I unscrewed the base? I need to connect both bases side together. Thanks
