    If your bread is not rising enough, ensure that the liquid temperature is between 77°F and 85°F, and try reducing the yeast by 1/4 teaspoon. High humidity and hot ambient temperatures can also cause the bread to over-rise and then collapse during baking.

    I am using my bread bread maker for the first time. I followed all directions and have loaded the ingredients in bread barrel. I placed it in the machine and locked it it placed. I plugged the machine in and now it won't turn on. The plug I am using works. Can you tell me if I am doing something wrong?

    After plugging in the machine, close the cover and select your desired program by pressing the menu button. Then, press the start button to begin the bread-making process.
