My bg600 doesn't charge and it goes from a blue to purple to a solid red light. Ive cleaned all wheels and sensors changed filter and roller brush and still nothing. Any ideas on what I can do to fix it!?

How do I cancel a daily start time
To cancel a previously scheduled cleaning, press and hold "Schedule Setup" for 3 seconds until robot beeps twice and "Schedule Setup" disappears.
Will not work starts of and then stops beeps 3 times
How do you release the bumpers to reset them once they have become disaligned
