What is the strangely hooked wire rod under the right side of the seat supposed to be hooked to?
What is the the strangely bent wire rod under the right side of the seat supposed to be hooked to? The mower blade lever?
Will cold weather affect the operation of this mower? Below freezing the mower will not move across yard and warmer weather it runs fine.
What are valve settings
Is there any way to tighten the belt I had to change the deck engagement cable and when I reattached the deck the belt is way to loose.

What oil filter do I use on my T 210 ,42 inch tractor
There is no oil filter on the engine of this T110 mower. The oil filter of T210 is part number KH-12-050-01-S.

I shifter function is not changing the speeds of my tractor it stays in high gear will not switch to lower gears or go into park mode
The The forward/reverse lever keeps popping out of forward when I go from reverse to forward. How can I fix that?
- Start the engine.
- Turn the ignition key from the NORMAL MOWING position to the REVERSE CAUTION MODE position of the ignition switch.
- Press and hold the REVERSE CAUTION MODE BUTTON at the top, right corner of the ignition module for 3 seconds. The red indicator light at the top, left corner of the ignition module will be ON while activated.
- Once activated (indicator light ON), the tractor can be driven in reverse with the PTO (Blade Engage) in the engaged (ON) position.
- Always look down and behind before and while backing up slowly to make sure no children are around. After resuming forward motion, return key to the NORMAL MOWING position to return to normal mowing operation. The REVERSE CAUTION MODE will remain activated until:
- The key is placed in either the NORMAL MOWING position or STOP position.
- The operator leaves the seat/the parking brake is set (manual PTO).

Thank you for your response. Funny - last night I got ahold of the owner's manual and noticed the explanation on Page 17.
How to remove the fuel filter?
- Locate the fuel filter, which is located on the left side of the engine, and may be attached to the engine with a tie strap.
- Cut the tie strap, if present, then pinch the in-line clamp on the fuel filter with a pair of pliers, slide the clamp up the fuel line.
- Pull the fuel line free from the filter and place the open end of the line into an approved container to drain the fuel.

The fuse can be found at the rear of the unit, underneath the fender located by the battery.

How do I unlock brake?
To release the parking brake: Depress the brake pedal and the parking brake lever will automatically move out of the parking brake position. In a sudden situation, fully depress the brake pedal to bring the lawn tractor to a stop and then immediately move the speed control lever to the “N” neutral position.
