All I want to do is change the oil. I have the operators manual and separate warranty document. Under both it refers me to the engine operators manual. I do not have that manual and went directly to the craftsman website entered the cm# and engine operators manual. They referred me back to the owner manual. All I want to know is how to drain the engine oil Thanks
My lawnmower won't start. I have replaced the spark plug. It acts like it's not getting any gas.
Where is the spark plug?
The Craftsman spark plug is located in the front part right side of the lawnmower engine.
I just bought my new lawn mower, and the self-propel doesn't work. I tried to adjust it, and it won't let me do anything. Can you help please. Thanks
You may need to make an adjustment on your self-propel cable. You can find the directions on how to do this in User Manual.
Cannot pull starting cord out. I looked at blade and I see that it is hitting on bar that has to be slid out. How do I slide the bar out?
If you have added gas and oil please do not tilt. Remove the 2 knobs located on the handle rods on each side of the mower (just above the wheels) lift the rods and locate the hole closest to the ground and and place knobs back in. This will lift the rods that are preventing the blades from spinning.
what motor oil do you use 30Wt. or 10-30
Please use a 10w-30 oil weight.
Put handle down to store now can’t unfold back up model 12A-A26b793 rope won’t let unfold handle

Cannot get pull cord to relase more than a few inches from the reel. What do I need to do?
i have a new mower, just unboxed it to get it into the garage last week. i assembled it, everything seemed to be in working condition. today, i wanted to use the mower and the pull rope comes out of the housing about three inches, that is it. then i returns into the housing. what can i do, what did i do?
