    Hello!
    A friend of mine bought a JBL Partybox 310 this week. It has worked perfectly during around 6 hours. Unfortunately, today it's impossible to switch it on.
    After pressing on/off key, battery charge bargraph displays a red segment for a few seconds and all the indicators turn desperately off.
    It seems that battery is completely discharged. I don’t know if the unit was plugged to the ac mains during this first use.
    So, my question is: why the unit keeps off despite the power cord is plugged to the ac mains?
    What can I do? Wait several hours for a complete charging? Actioning a full reset? Go back to the retailer?

    Speaker won’t turn off. None of the buttons do anything to change this. Tried to reset but no response. Have the speaker plugged in but none of the buttons do anything. Lights are still on display. Anything I could try?
