    Unit is set up to drain into the floor via hose. Bucket is filling then shutting off. What are we missing?

    The dehumidifier shuts off when the bucket is full, or when the bucket is removed or not replaced in the proper position. When the set point humidity level is reached, the unit will be shut off automatically. The fan motor will continue operating.

    Ever since I cleaned the bucket, the unit will not automatically shut off. The bucket fills up and overflows to the floor. What can I do to fix?
