Select 12 cups only makes 8 on auto.
If I set the brew amount to 8, or 10, or even 12 oz. The process only yields about 4-5 oz. in my coffee cup. I've gone through a descaling process, etc. and it hasn't changed. Basically, it doesn't yield the amount of brewed coffee that I asked for.

Will not finish process - can not get it to do the fresh rinse.When brewing from the pod side, the coffee is coming out but then it also started leaking on the back side of the basket while brewing. I’ve cleaned it and even took the part out where the pod goes to clean all of that area out.

When I set the coffee maker for multiple cups of coffee on the carafe side, a small amount of water will spew out the single cup side each time. It seems to do this when the pump comes on. This is a new duo coffee maker.

Just bought the K-Duo yesterday. We have and still have an older Keurig. The older Keurig brewed a cup of coffee and kept heating the water for a second or third cup. The K-Duo shuts off before I am ready to make another cup and have to wait. Is there a way to keep it heating the brew water?
I bought larger filters, but the grounds still over flow. The filter basket is not release water properly. There is still some water in the basket. This,pot is new.
