How do you put the screen back in tank
To put the screen back in the tank: Locate the filter screen - it should fit inside the dirty water tank. Align the screen with the tank opening, making sure it sits flat. Press down gently until it clicks or settles into place. Reattach the tank to the main unit.
Can you adjust the height on the carpet cleaner
No, this unit doesn't have adjustable height settings.
I took the steam cleaner apart and have a couple screws still. Is there a place to see where all the screws go, I can’t seem to find where they go
We just unboxed our new Hoover Pro Clean Pet Carpet Cleaner. The handle will not lock in the upright position. Help.
I have the same problem. The handle will not stay in the upright position.
Connect all the pieces and make sure you lean the handle all the way forward it’s tough at first. Give the handle a stern push into the unit to lock into place.
I took the brushes off of my floor cleaner and cleaned it and put it back together and the belt seems a little loose now and the brushes won’t turn when I turn it on? Is there some way that the belt could have come off back at the motor?
How do you take the handle off
Turn the dial clockwise to "UNLOCK" position. Then, lift the handle out of the base.
