    Bike has been folded and stored for 2 months..tried to unfold it (pulled out the #32 pop-pin knob as far as it would go).could not open it, or budge. Then tried to have access to the hinge-joint by trying, with an Allen wrench, to loosen it, and was not able to budge it (had same size Allen wrench so other side wouldn’t rotate.
    Your rep had recommended oiling it but without accès to that hinge joint, that won’t help. ?what to do
