After full charged I turn it on and then it shuts off after 30 seconds and the light flash red and green. It’s not clogged and all filters are clean of debris. What is the problem?

From what others have said it means the battery is not inserted correctly.
This was the answer for me. Pulled the battery out and snapped it back in, then it worked. Thanks!
