  • I have 3 6200's, all purchased last fall. All worked perfectly at first, but now 2 of the 3 no longer work. I have done ALL the things listed in the manual and can only get them to run on the 30 minute cycle. Motion sensing doesn't trigger them anymore. Any suggestions?

    The sprinkler is not producing enough pressure to spray the water. the water comes out in a slow stream. What is causing this? My water pressure is fine.

  • I can't seem to find a source to buy a new battery. I'm pretty sure that's why it's not working this year. By the way, we LOVE this. it was just what we needed to keep stay cats away from our bedroom window, which was driving our 2 indoor cats wild.

  • Both of my Orbit Enforcer Model 62000 units are missing their trip pins on the impact heads. Where can I purchase 2 replacement trip pins.

  • I cannot get my new enforcer to work. It worked when I first started it but after about four times it just stopped working.
    Can you suggest other solutions??

  • Call the company you got it from and get it replaced. ORBIT products are famous for failing within a year or less. Most of my timers I buy from Home Depot and replace them for free every year. Not sure where you got yours from.

    My yard enforcer quit working I ordered a new sensor put new batteries in it and it still doesn’t work

  • Cannot get it to shut off. Tried off position and removing batteries. No help

  • This happens a lot with ORBIT products. I had timers on my sprinkler that this happened too. I returned them and was given new ones from Home Depot for free. Seems I have to do this every year though. Try calling them and sending them back.

  • Sounds like its a valve issue. Its the most common problem with ORBIT products

  • I cannot get my newer ( 1 yr old )enforcer to work. New batteries did not help. Can you suggest other solutions??

    Geese are huge. Should be no problem.

    Perfect for Geese. They are big and will set it off. It doesn’t work for pigeons. They’re too small.

    How do you mount the sensor unit for small animals (raccoons)

    The sensor range is adjustable up to 40 ft. For smaller animals increase the distance the sensor monitors by turn knob towards the + to increase the distance the sensor monitors.

    If the water is turned off and the control knob is in the off position can I disconnect the yard enforcer without getting wet?
