    Can I use aluminum foil on the tray…I cannot seem to get the grease off

    No. The manual says NEVER place aluminum foil on top of the sheet pan or broil pan. This traps grease and can cause a fire.

    The on/off/control button just has the left light flashing on and off. It is not roasting/toasting/baking anything. What am I doing incorrectly?

    I purchased from AMAZON without realizing that it was not NEW but a REFURBISHED NINJA FOODIE SP101 that I got. Opened it and tried using the Toast selection following the flyer I got with it but it does not work. What if anything can be done or do I just send it back and request a new Appliance. Can I call anyone?

    To select the dehydrate function, turn the dial until DEHYDRATE illuminates. The default time and temperature settings will display. Please see details on page 14 of manual https://manualsfile.com/product/p3b6y7pn8b.html#p14

    The unit preheats quickly, it will automatically pre-heat when you se any of the functions except for AIR BROIL, TOAST, BAGEL, DEHYDRATE, and KEEP WARM.
