Is there a way to replace the cord if it has been damaged?
This unit has a current interrupter device on the power cord. If the cord is damaged, you will have to replace it and the attached current interrupter device. It's recommended to do so by a qualified technician or to contact LG support directly.
Can you run the airconditioner on fan instead of cool . Cool 78 is still to cold
Yes, this unit includes the following modes: Cool, Dry (dehumidify), Fan, and Heat. Press the Mode button repeatedly to toggle through and select the operating mode. An LED illuminates to indicate the selected mode.
What does a solid red light to the left of the temperature reading mean?
The Clean Filter LED lights up to notify you that the filter needs to be cleaned. After cleaning the filter, press and hold the ∨ button on the control panel for 3 seconds to turn off the Clean Filter light.

Can you run the heater without the vent being connected?
I am unable to remove the Air Filter Cover From the larger ( of the two ) Air Filter. Is there a trick to it. I’m afraid to try and force it as the cover could break. I’ve been having to vacuum the filter through the cover but know it needs more cleaning than that. Any help would be appreciated.
