Why my iLife works very slow and work only for seconds? If the problem were the battery, where I can replace? I live in Mexico City
If the working time of an ILIFE robot vacuum has shortened, it means the charging time is too short or the robot is having battery problems. To solve the issue, make sure the robot is fully charged by charging it for at least 5 hours. If the battery is damaged, please contact ILIFE service to replace the battery.

If an ILIFE robot vacuum is moving backward and spinning, it means the bumper cannot rotate smoothly. To solve the issue, reinstall the bumper and remove all hair and debris. After reinstalling, make sure the bumper can move back and forth smoothly.
Please tell me how I can adjust the mopping pad so it is flush against the floor. Mine only touches at each end, cleaning streaks. Thanks

If an ILIFE robot vacuum stops suddenly, it means the bristle brush and roller are jammed by hair. To solve the issue, remove the main brush. Clean the bristle brush and roller, then reinstall them properly.
I need replacement filters for the NOISZ iLife S5. I only find the V series.
