    WHRN VAC IS TURNED ON ITRUNS THEN SHUTS OFF AND ALL LIGHTS FLASH

    We would suggest putting the battery on the charger overnight and see if that changes anything. If problem persists, it may be possible that your battery is defective.     How do you remove the handle once it’s has been attached?

    This unit's handle can be removed by pressing in on the circle located where the handle meets the body of the unit.

    when the vacuum is turned on ; it only runs for about 10 seconds and then shuts down ; then the hand floor- carpet-and brush off lights start to flash at the same time for about 8 seconds ; what is the problem ? I replace battery and the issue persist.
