Cleaning the pump in my Aerogarden Bounty Elite. I removed the filter to clean and noticed a small, white tab with an arrow indicating to turn counterclockwise. What is this? I cannot seem to open it and not sure if I should. My pump had become clogged before so want to clean all parts.
I cannot co trol the main screen. Please advise on what I should do. The screen does not work
