Where can I purchase a replacement bail rod or bar? The bar at the handle that pulls the switch into a position where it will run.

Yes. It has a reverse operation.

where is the battery release button on the masterforce 80v cordless throw thrower
It is just above the battery, and you have to push it a bit harder and all the way down; it will click once you have it into the release position.
I'm looking for the battery and charger manual mentioned on page 10 of the operator's manual. It was not in box. Are you able to help?
