Yes, the manual control buttons for the Dimplex BCH20E fireplace are located on the underside of the unit (the bottom of the fireplace frame), as highlighted in the image below:

1 likeUse a lint-free soft cloth with a mild detergent to wipe interior parts. DO NOT use proprietary glass cleaners.
