There is no reset within the heater, but please contact Rheem customer support at 1800-374-8806 to troubleshoot the unit with you, as the problem could be electrical/power related.

My water heater reads 104 temp but not even warm waterIf the hot water temperature setting with memory? for example, today I set 95°F for using, after that turn off power, next day turn on power for using, if the temperature still stay on 95°F without doing any setting on display that same as yesterday's temperature, or will be going to default one? Please advice. Thank you.
What does E5 code means
E5 is water flow not correct. The desired volume of water is too high and you will need to slow down the Flow rate. Each sink, shower or tub is equipped with an aerator to control the volume of water.
1/2" or 3/4 cpvc from main to water heater
