It happens when the bottle is empty. The lights will keep flashing until you open the door to replace a newly filled water bottle.
When the water in the bottle is running out, the heating light and cooling light will flash at the same time. The lights will keep flashing until user opens the door to replace a new filled water bottle. Note: please must close the door tightly everytime after replacing the water bottle.

That's the empty bottle notice. When the water in the bottle is running out, the heating light and cooling light will flash at the same time. The lights will keep flashing until user opens the door to replace a new filled water bottle.
Note: please must close the door tightly everytime after replacing the water bottle.Why is the red light (hot) and blue (cold) lights are flashing. The unit isn't cooling the water nor is it heating the water. Water comes out of the Cold and Room temperature spout. Water is trickling out of the Hot water spout.

Where is the fuse located?
Unit was working fine about a week woke up to find out it was not working no power? Checked outlet ok what's the problem??
