Try by resetting the camera by hitting the reset button.
Does this model have an light on while recording and goes off when idle?
mine has a solid red light..what can i do?
The red light of the camera means it's waiting for connection, please scan the QR code on User manual (https://manualsfile.com/product/p190ohwxy4n.html#quick-start) to connect to WiFi. Note: it only support 2.4 GHz WiFi.
I believe that was the case if the red light was blinking not solid. I did try to scan bsrcode and no luck. But I will try again.
Can I use this camera with SD card only no internet
You can use Micro SD card for storage and our camera support 128 G Micro SD Max.
