    I have a 32000 btu pleasant hearth fireplace. I can light the pilot light but the burner will not light worked good before I unhooked the gas supply to move it to another room now it doesn’t light

    I just purchased this log set, included were packages of lava rock and vermiculite. Since there was not an owners manual or other information about how to use these. When I put small amounts of the vermiculate on the forward burner ports it puts out those flames. What should I do? Thanks!
