We have removed the oven divider ("smart shelf"), but can no longer select the whole oven option for baking. According to the display, the oven thinks that the divider is still in place. We've tried sliding the divider in and out several times and we've unplugged and re-plugged the unit, hoping it would reset. Nothing has worked. Please help!
