It comes of dock then returns right back without cleaning?
If the battery is low before the cleaning is completed, the cleaner will return to the Charging Dock for recharging.

The vac stops working after 25 minutes
Do I need to replace the battery and if so what kind?I cannot find the button to open the dust bin on my vacuum to empty it

My onson looks fully charged and works for nearly a second and runs out of battery. It “charges” in a couple of minutes and then runs out of battery again in about a second or two. It’s not more than a year and a half old.
Help!!!!!I noticed that after about 30 min my vacuumed needs to recharge again. Why? It normally runs for well over a hour.
