My unit turns on and turns off immediately after. no codes are showing and i am not using the heater. What can this be ? Everything just shuts off the buttons, the fake fire too. I am able to turn it on again after usually if is on L4 it shuts off within seconds so i lower the flame and it last 5 min max.
