after charging the headphones I can't get them to power up. I have only had these for about one week so not sure what the issue is. after I take them off the charger and press the power on button nothing happens
Try using a different USB-C charging cable, ensure you're using a 5V/1A power adapter and the headphones are properly connected to a power source. A solid red light indicates normal charging. If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly for further assistance.
