Please kindly disconnect the drainage hose and feel the outlet with your hand to check if there is any water.

1. If there is no water, please gently use a long stick to unblock the outlet. At the same time, set the fan speed to low (you can adjust the fan speed in Continuous Mode, Constant Humidity Mode, or Auto Mode) and observe after running for a while to see if any water appears.
2. If there is water,please kindly check if the machine is placed on a level surface and if the connection between the hose and the drainage outlet is tight or close. At the same time, could you kindly raise the machine a bit? For example, you may place a board under the machine to increase the height difference between the machine and the drainage pipe. And ensure the drainage hose is sloping downward with no bends or kinks.Tilt the unit 1-3 degrees toward the drain.

The package includes a 1.5m long transparent drain hose and a garden hose connector (blue and black, place in water tank). The garden hose adapter is used to connect the hose we provided with your own garden hose, serving to extend the drainage path. If you do not need extra length, you do not need to connect the adapter.

The complete connection method is as follows:

1. Locate the drainage port on the unit.
2. Insert the hose into the drainage port.
3. Connect the hose to the adapter.
4. Connect your garden hose.

This dehumidifier has a wattage of 280 watts and operates at a voltage of 120V~60Hz with a current of 2.5A.

The dehumidifier is designed to have continuous water flow through the drain hose when it is properly set up.

1. Make sure the hose is firmly connected to the correct drainage outlet and there is no leaking.
2. Be sure to run the drain hose sloping downward to let the water flow out smoothly, otherwise water will back up into the water tank. The hose end must be lower than the drain port.
3. If the hose is loose or the wrong size, it may not seal properly. If there are gaps after connecting the adapter, we suggest using thread seal tape to reinforce the connection.

• If you just powered it on or changed to “Continuous mode”, the compressor will delay for 3 minutes before turning on (only the fan runs at first). This prevents short-cycling and is normal behavior. 
• If the water tank is full or not in the correct position, the unit will stop operating.
• If not, please try to reset by unplugging the unit, waiting at least 5 minutes and plugging it back in.
