    what is best mode to run if you just want to maintain a constant humidity level in an area? Should I use Dehumidification or Continuous dehumidification?

    For maintaining a constant humidity level, you should use Dehumidification Mode and set your desired humidity. Use Continuous Mode only if you’re trying to aggressively remove moisture or if the space is extremely damp.
