    THE NEW SSOFTWARE FOR THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT SEEM TO ALLOW ADDING PRESETS. WHAT AM I MISSING?

    You can only change the temperature thresholds for existing doneness presets, but you cannot add new temperature alerts.
