Re my last questions. I now understand how the”scoop” fits to hold the unit firmer whist charging! Shame there’s not a simple diagram!
I have just bought this item. The unit does not sit firmly on the charger base - it’s a very loose fit & seems very insecure. It is changing however. Additionally, there is a scoop approximately 240mm long. I have no idea of its function!
