    Press the SMALL ICE ICON / LARGE ICE ICON button to select the ice size mode.

    I am Wondering if i am eligible for a repair, replacement or return. hello, I have Purchased a stainless steel, 10 bullet, countertop , icemaker from Kumio on amazon on December 14, 2022. it mentions i have a 2 year warrantee on the pamphlet. a couple of months ago it started producing less and less ice, making a weird sound occasionally and till it stopped working last month. I followed all of the as i was reading my assumption is the pump went out. everything seems to be normal except the water is not being released into the bowl up top.
