What is Error 2?
Error 2 means a problem with the soleplate's temperature sensor or a potential overheating issue. Please unplug the iron and then re-plug it in after the soleplate completely cools down. If the issue persists, we're afraid it is defective, please contact PurSteam service via [email protected] for assistance.
