what does F3 mean-I replaced the charger and it still displays F3-no power at all
What does E7 mean on display
E7 indicates that the current is too high, shut down and reboot the machine will return to normal. If the problem is not solved, please contact the PRETTYCARE directly for further assistance.
Does the PrettyCare come with a filter already installed? I can't get the dust bowl off to check.
Yes, it does come with the HEPA filter and metal filter from dust cup.

Fault code F3 means that there is no current when charging, which may be caused by a faulty charger.

Vacuum was 100% Charged and 5 minutes into vacuuming there was a clunk and it stopped working. The battery completely lost its charge and what looks like the metal pipe symbol is flashing. Put back on charge and battery swiftly charged up to 100% but still not working. No apparent blockage. Any advice please would be appreciated.

Should I unplug the Prettycare W200 after it reaches 100%? Should it reach a certain percent before I charge it?
1 likeW200 is not charging. No lights. Checked charger and its working. Vacuum is new but over 3 months I think.
We have returned to our Florida home. Had plugged the W200 into charger. Nothing happens. No illuminated display. Power button does nothing. Please help
