    Model ww90T3040bs...having problems to open the clothing loading compartment when switched on...nothing is happening it cant just open

    1. Press or tap Start/Pause to stop the washing machine.It may take a few moments for the door lock mechanism to disengage.
    2. Make sure Child Lock is not activated.
    3. Make sure all the water in the drum is drained.
    4. The door may not open if water remains in the drum. Drain the drum and open the door manually.
    5. Make sure the door lock light is off. The door lock light turns off after the washing machine has drained.
    6. If you are using to sanitize the cycle and the water is extremely hot, the door will not open to prevent injury.
